    Caithness Family Support Group offers advice and information to those who may have someone in their life with problematic drug or alcohol issues. They offer strictest confidence at all times to those who would like to ask for their support.

    Caithness Mental Health Support Group logo

    Caithness Mental Health Support Group aim to promote mental wellbeing and reduce social isolation by providing a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive environment where individuals can connect, grow in confidence, and access meaningful support and activities that enhance their quality of life. The group run two centres; one in Wick, and the other in Thurso.

    Know the Score logo

    Know the Score gives facts about drugs including information on the different types of drugs, problems associated with using drugs, criminal implications and advice on what to do in an emergency situation. Support is offered to individuals who are concerned about their own drug use, someone else’s, or their child.

    Nar-Anon logo

    Nar-Anon is a 12-step program designed to help relatives and friends of addicts recover from the effects of living with an addicted relative or friend using their Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions programme of Recovery. Nar-Anon UK is run by its members, with each group set up by the family and friends of addicts offering compassion, support, and practical insights into all aspects of this challenging experience.

    Virtual meetings run on a Monday, Thursday, and Saturday.
