Addictive Eaters Anonymous (AEA) is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope to help others to recover from addictive eating. AEA follows a Twelve Step programme, based on that of Alcoholics Anonymous, with online meetings taking place every Thursday and Friday.
