Research and Intelligence Specialist:

Frances has been a Research and Intelligence Specialist with Highland Alcohol and Drugs Partnership (HADP) since January 2019. Her role is to support HADP and drug and alcohol service developments with health and social care intelligence that informs the strategic role and decision making processes of the partnership. The main purpose of the post is to use data, information and intelligence from a wide range of sources to advance understanding and reduction of Highland drug and alcohol issues and inequalities, thus helping improve the overall health and wellbeing of the residents of Highland.
