YOUTH ACTION TEAMS
Youth Action Teams have a range of staff available to work directly with young people and families, who have drug & alcohol issues and have been in trouble with the law. There are four teams round Highland.

ACTION FOR CHILDREN SCOTLAND GAEL OG SERVICES
Action for Children Scotland's Gael Og services (Gael Og is gaelic for 'Young Highlander'), provides a wide range of support services for children, young people and adults in the Highlands such as -
- Positive Options
- Mentoring
- Fostering
- Probation
- Intensive Monitoring Service (ISMS)
Gael Og Advice Service
This informal advice service gives information and advice about substance-related issues to 12-17 yr olds, their parents/carers ad social care professionals in Highland. Outreach information and advice services are delivered in locations across the North of Scotland.

SACRO –DRUM Project
The DRUM Project (Diversion, Reparation and Mediation for young offenders) works with young people, aged 11-17 years old, who have or are at risk of having offending behaviour. The service also works with victims of such offences. Tel: 01463 716325
HIGHLAND YOUNG CARERS (CONNECTING YOUNG CARERS)
Information service to young carers whose lives are affected by having to care for someone in the family with a physical or mental illness, disability or drug or alcohol problems.
