Alcohol pricing policy plea issued to First Minister

Westminster coalition government have released their alcohol plan (includes plan to tax problem drinks and drinkers and ban cut price promotions and loss leader sales of alcohol). Scottish Conservative and Lib Dem Ministers have called for the SNP to drop their minimum pricing policy and back the Westminster approach instead.
